About Me

At the age of 13, music swept into my life like a hurricane, transforming my world entirely. It all began with a humble set of guitar lessons, igniting a love and passion that soon became my guiding light. I was completely submerged in the melodies and rhythms, consumed by the desire to learn every nuance of this beautiful art form.

In those early days, I found it amusing to discover that the treasure trove of music lay in the older classics, an unexpected revelation that broadened my musical horizons. Despite never being part of a band, the dream was always alive within me. I taught myself to play multiple instruments, each new skill fueling my passion and driving me further into the intricate world of music.

A pivotal moment arrived during my senior year in high school, courtesy of a friend and a simple pamphlet that read “Full Sail University.” Without a clear understanding of what lay ahead, I embarked on a journey that would define my future. With unwavering support from my dad, I ventured into the unknown, armed with nothing but a student loan and a boundless enthusiasm for sound.

My years at Full Sail University were transformative. I emerged not just as a graduate, but as the Valedictorian, a testament to my dedication and passion for the craft. The honor of receiving the Advance Achievement Award, bestowed upon me by my teachers and peers, was a humbling experience that further fueled my ambition.

Post-graduation, I embraced every opportunity that came my way. From being a stagehand, audio tech, and lighting director to a cameraman, I delved into diverse roles within the realm of live events. The turning point came during the Van’s Warped Tour in 2014, thrusting me into the thrilling chaos of the touring world. Early mornings, endless setup hours, and late-night DJ sessions became my routine, and I relished every moment of it.

My journey led me to a production company, where I immersed myself in the technical intricacies of audio. Testing and cleaning various cables, I found a peculiar satisfaction in the meticulous work. Just as I was delving into the world of RF racks, fate intervened. A call from a Full Sail friend offered me a position as a monitor engineer, an opportunity I grabbed with both hands.

Since June of 2015, I have been a proud member of The Mavericks, serving as their Production Manager and FOH Engineer. Over the years, I have honed my skills and gathered invaluable experience, orchestrating more than a thousand shows across the US, Canada, Europe, and even Cuba. The profound impact of music, transcending language and connecting people worldwide, has been a deeply humbling realization.

This journey, marked by passion, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, has shaped me in ways I never imagined. As I continue to travel the globe, weaving musical tapestries and forging connections through the power of sound, I am reminded every day of the incredible impact a few notes can have on the human soul.
